Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply when you use jossitup.com or purchase products or services from Joss It Up. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to any product-specific terms shown at checkout or on the applicable product page.

Products, pricing and orders

We make reasonable efforts to describe products, sizes, options, pricing, and availability accurately. We may correct errors, update information, or cancel an order when a material listing or pricing error occurs. An order is not final until payment is accepted and the order is confirmed.

Custom and personalized products

You are responsible for providing accurate names, numbers, wording, sizes, selections, and other personalization details. When a proof is provided, please review it carefully before approval. Production may begin after approval, and changes may not be possible afterward.

If you submit artwork, photographs, logos, names, or other content, you represent that you have the right or permission to use that material for the requested product. We may decline content that we reasonably believe is unlawful, infringing, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate for production.

Print Library products

Print Library products use the selected print as shown unless the listing specifically offers customization. Print IDs may be used internally to identify artwork and do not change the customer-facing design selection.

Color and placement

Screen settings, fabric, printing, cutting, and finishing can create slight differences in color, scale, crop, or placement compared with a digital preview. These variations are normal for made-to-order printed products.

Shipping and returns

Shipping, cancellations, returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by the Shipping & Production and Returns & Refunds pages posted on this site.

Website use

You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use site content in a way that violates applicable law or another person's rights. Joss It Up branding, original site content, and original designs remain the property of their respective owners.

Third-party services

Our store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party payment, shipping, analytics, and other service providers. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.

Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Joss It Up is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
